Sample Cost for new customer will be buyer’s account including shipping cost. Free sample applied for reguler buyer.
Buyer is under obligation to inspect the goods for any visible defects immediately upon reception. Where visible defects are concerned, buyer must send a complaint immediately. Without such complaint the goods are deemed accepted. Other defects should be, ultimately within 5 days, notified to CV. Rattan Sanga Sanga in writing. Product claims must also have a picture included. Without such complaint the goods are deemed accepted.
Claim/Replacement will be deduct in the next invoice. No Refund/Transfer back.
No Cancel order after down payment received, NO REFUND.

This product is 100% handmade, using natural materials. It is therefore impossible to produce identical products, even though they are crafted by professionals. We believe that the natural imperfections and blemishes are what make this product charming and unique.
